Hi people! Happy Monday!
Today I want to write blog post about women's healt. It's very very very important to take care of yourself after a stressful day even more.
Getting pregnant is the happiest and a life-turning point for a woman. Knowing that you are going to welcome a little baby into your life is not only overwhelming but somewhat stressing.
Check Pregnancy is a website where you can get professional knowledge about baby's and mommy healt and find very useful artucles about pregnancy questions. On this site you can find all answer on every topic that interest you. You can to visit this site if you need advices about pregnancy or breastfeeding. For many women, taking a pregnancy and pregnancy test can be stressful. It can bring up many emotions, including excitement and fear. But knowing you are pregnant as soon as possible can help you make the decisions that are right for you. Somethimes women need to take medicines during pregnancy for healt problems (like depressions, morning sickness, diabetes...) Because dear women always talk with your doctor.

There are many web sites which share tips and information about health in general. But can you actually trust all of those sources?
I don't think so. When I feel sick, I avoid going on Google and writing what's been bothering me to see what's causing the problems because it always seems so unreal to be having big diseases if your stomach only hurts. So I don't trust those sites. I am maybe more for going on forum web sites to see real people suffering the same problems I do and reading their advice.
But, there's also a web site about women's health which I think could be helpful to all of you called CheckPregancy. There you can find many tips and advice for women in general and pregnant women so I'd highly suggest you to check that out...

Today I want to write about: during pregnancy period

baby’s facial features have become further distinctive in their clarity and formation, with their little nostrils, mouse, nose, and earlobes both defining and framing their face.

In terms of relative size, your tiny person has grown to the size of about a cherry, measuring at about .9 of an inch and weighing in at about .07 of an ounce

Throughout the ninth week, your placenta is quickening in its overall development and taking command of its string of duties surrounding the production of critically important hormones.

It’s an important time in your pregnancy. You’ve officially conquered the many milestones dotting your pregnancy journey and have made it to the crucial three-month mark. Although you are really two months pregnant at the nine-weekmark, for all intents and purposes, you are in your third month of your term.

At this present stage, your baby has left its embryo status behind and has begun its initial foray into the fetal stage. From here on out, he or she will be referred to as a fetus rather than an embryo. As the shifting definition of your baby status is made by your doctor, all that it really means to you in terms of a simple definition is that your baby is now in the process of becoming increasingly more human-like in form with distinct and clear features that are becoming fine-tuned and more easily viewable on ultrasound scans. It also means that you are preparing to leave behind the many trials and tribulations you experienced in your first trimester and moving on within the coming weeks to the next important hallmark of pregnancy, thus concluding your first trimester.

9 Weeks Pregnant: Symptoms

While weight gain is a completely natural occurrence for pregnant women, it’s highly recommended that you have a discussion with your doctor about the weight fluctuations are experiencing, particularly if you have undergone drastic weight changes. If you are one of the minorities of pregnant women who actually lose weight during your pregnancy, know that it is okay and completely normal. Remember, as said many times before, pregnancy for every woman is different, and the experiences that other pregnant women have had may be in disparate contrast to your own experiences.

Another discussion you will want to have with your doctor is about nausea. While pregnancy-induced nausea is commonplace, severely debilitating nausea may require medical intervention. Occurring when pregnant women become so nauseated that they simply cannot hold liquids or food down, Hyperemesis Gravidarum (abbreviated as HG) is a condition that signifies a dangerous level of dehydration in a woman’s body and can lead to a severe loss in weight, fainting spells and chronic exhaustion.

To remedy HG and its debilitating effects on baby and your body, your doctor will use IV treatment to help you replenish the level of fluids in your body and keep you optimally hydrated. He or she may also write you a prescription for a simple (and safe for pregnancy) anti-nausea medication that will not only mitigate nausea spells but also stop much of the resultant vomiting.

Fortunately, a majority of women won’t experience nausea to the point of needing IV-assisted fluid intervention. With that being said, there are still a range of symptoms that pregnant women will constantly be dealing with from the moment they wake up and to the moment they fall asleep.

Mood swings top the list of pregnant women’s most debilitating symptoms experiences, with emotions seemingly changing from second to second. A pregnant woman can commonly be seen laughing one minute and sobbing the next minute. Entirely not her fault, hormones such as progesterone and estrogen pump at a frenetic pace throughout her body; swirling and circulating like an internal hurricane, these hormones create a whirlwind of uncontrollable emotions that are in constant flux. While a pregnant woman cannot control the raging hormones within her body, there are simple steps she can take to help mitigate the many emotions that mood swings present.

Practicing relaxation techniques remains at the top of the list of “treating” mood swings, with plenty of rest and exercise of paramount importance. Avoiding stress in the form of stress-inducing situations or people is also of critical importance and will help you maintain a modicum of emotional control throughout your day as you take the necessary steps to improve your symptoms.

Also very common during this point in the pregnancy experience is dizziness or feeling faint from shifting blood pressure and low blood sugar. To best rectify this situation, eat small (healthy) meals throughout your day to ensure that your blood sugar stays stable. If your dizziness is coming from fluctuating blood pressure, make sure that you rise from sitting positions very slowly – if you feel faint, sit back down immediately or lay down until the feeling passes and you feel more stable.
